Creating an online resume in just a few weeks
I teach Online Media to journalism and public relations students at the Cronkite School. This semester I spent 1/3 of my semester on social media, 1/3 on visual communication, and the last 1/3 web page creation and design. Over just a few weeks, my students created some lovely and creative portfolios that I would like to share with you. The sites were created using HTML/CSS, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. During this exercise, students are given the freedom to express their creativity by designing their own sites and producing their own content for their online resumes.

Hi! I was surfing and found your blog post… nice! I love your blog.
Cheers! Sandra. R.
Thank you for visiting. I appreciate it.
Hi – I am your 1st cousin 2x removed. This year I’ve had a project from my genealogy hobby of indroducing all the descendants of Balthazar J. and Magdalena (Bentz) Gall to our “cousin mailing list”. I am sorry we have had no opportunity to gain acquaintance but just recently on your birthday I sent what I know about you to our cousins. About all I could use as an intro was: “My information on Serena is about as scarce as hen’s teeth. If what I have is correct, she is a graduate of South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota where she got a degree in journalism. In 1998, I have a note that she was working at KSFY TV in Sioux Falls, South Dakota”.
One of your closer kinfolk since then sent me this resource to communicate with you. Hope this finds you doing well and that your birthdate was most enjoyable.
